Transportation to and from San Pedro included with reservations of three or more nights.

Rates $55 per person per night (on season) $46 per person per night (off season) These rates include breakfast. (Lunches and great dinners are also available.) Off season is from June 1- Oct. 31

*For banking purposes in Belize, if charges are by VISA or MasterCard, it is necessary that an authorization letter be faxed to us detailing the following:

• Cardholder name and address
• Card number and expiration date
• Amount we are authorized to charge
• Cardholder signature

A 10% service charge will be added to the hotel bill. A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation. We accept VISA*, MasterCard, Certified Checks and Travelers Checks. No personal checks.

There will be a 10% discount for booking directly through the internet. This does not apply during holiday periods.

Mail from other countries can take up to several weeks to arrive in San Pedro. So if possible phone or fax us at 011-501-226-4211.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit will be refunded if your reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (60 days for holiday periods ). As we are a small resort, it may not be possible to accommodate any changes to your scheduled stay. should delays or earlier departures occur,all room charges for your scheduled booking dates will be applied.
