The accommodation includes three bedrooms, two baths. The Master Bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, large credenza, two end tables , a dresser, and sliding closet doors. There is a private large bath in the Master Suite which has a shower and Jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, two end tables, and sliding closet doors. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top. There is also a dresser and sliding closet door.

The living room, dining area and kitchen are all in one big open area which creates a relaxing intimate atmosphere for family and friends. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, & dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen accessories, it also features a bar area with stools.

There is central air conditioning, cable TV and a telephone for calling card use only. You can purchase a calling card at many of the shops in the center of town. Just off the living room is a veranda with a panoramic view of the sea and a pool with lounge chairs and a table with chairs for pool side dining.

There is easy access to and from town either by bicycle, golf cart or taxi. The golf cart company will deliver to your door.

There are many fun activities to enjoy while visiting Ambergris Caye including snorkeling, diving, fishing, visit Mayan Sites (Lamanai, Hol Chan, and Tikal), sail, wind surfing, and cave tubing to name a few. Any tours you take the boat will pick you up and drop you off right at the end of the pier. We can assist you with recommendations for tours and the best guides on the island to make your Belize experience memorable.

Maid service is not included in the rental fee but if you would like this service we can arrange it for you. The rate is $20 U.S. per day. Cook service is available upon request. We recommend Lagniappe Provisioning, for all your culinary needs you can view there site at www.lagniappe-belize.com

The rates for Renoís Suite at Tranquility Homes are as follows;

Daily Low Season Rates: 16th June to 15th November
$175 U.S. for 1-2 guests per night
Add $25 U.S. for any additional guests per night

Daily High Season Rates: 16th November to 15th June
$185 U.S. for 1-2 guests per night
Add $25 U.S. for any additional guests per night

Daily Peak Season Rates: December 21st to January 2nd
$225 U.S. for 1-2 guests per night
Add $25 U.S. for any additional guests per night

Cancellations and Refunds:
* Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee for cancellations 60 days before arrival date.
* 50% refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date.
* No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival.
