The Palms requires a three night minimum stay, and a credit card authorization will act as a deposit and/or full payment as well as for confirmation for the stay at The Palms.

The Palms is pleased to accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

The Palms policy requests that 50% of the total payment be made at the time of the reservation and full payment must be processed 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation more than 30 days from arrival will receive a full refund less a $25.00US cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 30 days and more than seven will receive a 50% refund less the cancellation fee, and cancellation seven days or less will receive no refund.
