The young man selling fruit on the left is “Tex” Nuñez, he now works as a security guard at Atlantic Bank. The lady with the baby is Yvonne Henkis Bradley and the baby is Samantha Bradley (Yvonne he does have another daughter Roxannie), 1980's.
You are looking down Caribeña Street, west towards the lagoon. At this corner junction you will now find Rapidito Loans to the right and Sn@kz to the left. Further down is Joe’s Bike rentals and the Hol Chan Marine Reserve Office.
