Thai Cuisine is designed to marry the five taste senses : Sweet, Sour, Hot, Salty and Bitter, with French being renowned for its rich sauces and decadent desserts. Over the years our own creations from our travels have rounded the menu. We call it Cuisine "Exotica". Most dishes can be made either mild, medium or Hot! Enjoy

The Winery
Since you can't grow grapes on the beach! We import select grape juice varieties from different sources. The blending, fermenting and bottling is done right here, on the property. All our bottles are recycled from the island too! Dry and crisp to the palate, they have almost no chemical additives and are light in design to suit the nature of our cuisine.
