THE AREA
This is beachfront property located approximately ten miles north of the San Pedro River. The area is known as Habaneros. It is presently undergoing a development boom. Many condominium projects are under construction and many more are in the planning stage. Great opportunities exist for development of lucrative enterprises such as casinos, golf courses, etc. Likewise, there are unlimited opportunities for building and development on a smaller scale.
MY LAND
I own approximately 3,000 feet of beachfront property. In most places it is at least 1,600 feet deep. This land has been in my family since 1885. I would like to sell the land in parcels as described below, but I would be open to the possibility of dividing it differently to suit the needs of a particular buyer.
 1. Five adjoining parcels consisting of 500’ beachfront by 1,600’ deep (20 acres +). $3,000,000 US dollars per parcel, sold separately or together. After purchase buyer may subdivide to suit his needs.
2. One parcel consisting of 100’ beach front by 400’ deep with an adjoining section of back land 550’ by 1,200’ (16+ acres). These two parcels to be sold as one unit only. Back land would make an ideal subdivision since it is adjacent to an existing subdivision immediately to the south. $1,900,000 US dollars.

3. One parcel consisting of 293’ of beachfront by 400’ deep with a large section of back land (60+ acres). These two parcels to be sold as one unit only. Very valuable because of proximity to northern airstrip (within one mile). $6,900,000 US dollars.
