The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, telephone and cable TV in the living area and both bedrooms. The living room has a double sleeper sofa, VCR and CD player.
San Telmo #1 is located about 11ˇ2 miles south of San Pedro and the airstrip. A small grocery store is only about 100 yards away, with many restaurants within walking distance. A local dock is within a couple hundred feet where you can catch a water taxi, or be picked up for any tour or fishing trip offered on the island.
You won't want to miss the beautiful sunset and sunrise over the Caribbean.
Once you arrive at Belize City's Goldson International airport, it is just a short 20 minute flight to San Pedro by Maya Island Air or Tropic Air. From the San Pedro airstrip, it is just a 5 minute taxi ride to San Telmo #1.
