Building A - Ownership is by way of Fee Simple Title Absolute - Strata Title - Therefore these units are all classed as Condominiums.

Building A features the following configurations:

1. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Deluxe Ocean Front Suites $290,000

Building B

The ownership structure for the suites in Building B is by way of corporate share certificates. The title to the underlying land belongs to the company and each share certificate owns a particular unit.

The suites available in Building B are:

1. 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor courtyard units $123,500

Guaranteed 7% return on investment. Although there is no limit on the time that an owner spends in a unit, there is a nominal per diem charge for the duration of owner occupation.
