Sunrise Villa is located 4.5 miles North of San Pedro Town on the Island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. It is part of an enclave of 5 private villas that share lush tropical gardens, a white sandy beach and fresh water pool.

There are local Tour companies that will arrange diving, fishing, snorkeling, jungle or archeology tours for you and pick up is from our dock.
 
Many fine restaurants are within walking distance or a short boat ride. Bicycles and golf carts can be rented for seeing the island. The island ferry is also convenient for trips to town and back. You can do your own grocery shopping from the markets or contact a local provisionor who will have your villa stocked with the items you choose when you arrive. There is also a small convenience store just steps away that has a large variety of things you will enjoy.
